Michelle Kwok is a social entrepreneur who co-founded FLIK (acquired), a platform connecting female founders and students worldwide via meaningful apprenticeships. The inspiration behind FLIK occurred when she realized the apparent gender inequality in the entrepreneurial field; women were significantly underrepresented, and there weren't many female leaders to look up to. To date, FLIK has matched over 4,000 women worldwide in 70 countries! Michelle has been honoured BC Business' 30 Under 30, YWCA's Young Woman of Distinction and a The Conversationalist GenZ Honoree.
