The Creative Kids

Ajay Woolery, a student based in Toronto, Ontario, studying at OCAD University, founded The Creative Kids (TCK) in the summer of 2020. TCK is a creative community and journal composed of young creatives based globally. The project quickly attracted a community of 30,000 through viral TikTok’s, offering a stage for young talents, inspiration, and insights into the creative industries. Joined by Co-Director Sahara Kalafchi, the duo expanded their initiatives, introducing a 'Journal' series spotlighting various creative fields, 'The Convo' podcast for in-depth discussions with young creatives, and 'Marketplace' featuring youth-owned brands. Their commitment to empowering creative youth continues, with plans for a micro-grant program in the near future.
